Kim Dawson

Kim Dawson resides in Greenfield with her husband, Tyler, and her two boys, Ryland and Bryer. She began her career at Greenfield-Central in 2018 and has been a part of Cougar Cubs Preschool since 2019. Kim has a Master of Art Degree in Special Education and Leadership Practice. She also obtains a Directors License. During her time at Cougar Cubs Preschool she has directed the Preschool Special Olympics & Unified Champions Event. Kim enjoys raising and showing cattle with her family and local exhibitors. She loves being involved in the community and county fair system by working with young children on their projects and directing the Hancock County Fair Mini Princess Pageant. During her free time, Kim loves being outside to go boating, hiking, or spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys attending and supporting GC sporting events. Kim is passionate about Cougar Cubs Preschool because having served the program in multiple roles over the past several years, she has gained a unique perspective on the strengths, traditions, and opportunities within this program. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the needs of our students, families, and staff while reinforcing her belief that meaningful improvement is built through strong relationships, collaborative leadership, and continuous reflection.
